PET BOTTLE GRADE RESIN 

 

WAVE Polymer technology offers various internationally recognized brand of PET resin.  The brand names include "JADE", "HuaPET", "TexPET", "Andeni", "SkyPET" etc.  Wave Polymer also offers various grades of PET resin for specific applications.  For example, 0.8 IV PET resin for mineral water bottle application and 0.85 IV for Carbonated soft drink (CSD) application.   


PET - 0.8 IV (CZ 302) 

 

 

 

Suitable for water bottle application such as mineral wate, distilled wate.  Effectively keeps the unique taste of water.

PET - 0.83 IV (CZ 318) 

 

 

 

CZ 318 grade have been developed and produced to provide higher strength, isolation, transparency and better processing feature.  This grade of PET resin is developed for carbonated drinks, small-package edible oil bottles, liquor bottles, medicine bottles and PET sheets.

  • Intrinsic Viscosity : 0.83   0.02


PET - 0.85 IV (CZ 328) 

 

 

 

CZ 328 bottle grade PET chips have been developed for hot filling bottles.  Hot filling upto 90 degree C.
